Kamchatka: volcano freeriding, swimming with killer whales
Have a try at volcano freeriding, enjoy polar surfing, get closer to the wild swimming with orcas
At TeamTrip we never come up with programs that would allow participants plenty of free time to chill and do nothing and thus get bored, but this one beats them all! If you've been lacking action in life lately our Kamchatka trip is just the right thing for you to do. You'll get a chance to freeride on slopes of different levels while enjoying the picturesque landscapes of snow-capped volcanos and pristine polar nature. You will dive into the waters of the Pacific Ocean to find yourself surrounded by jelly fish, crabs, sea anemones, steller sea lions, otter and even humpback whales. But, most importantly, you'll get to observe and swim among incredibly intelligent and majestic orcas in one of just two places on the planet where it's technically possible.

The itinerary is designed to meet the needs and wants of both extreme sport fans and those in love with the ocean. Can relate to both? Well, join us and behold the beauty of the wilderness as it is.
About the trip
We'll commence our trip in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky visiting the "Russia starts here" monument and taking pictures with these bears with snow-capped volcano caps in the background. To get the best views of the city we'll climb up a viewpoint and then get some free time to relax in therapeutic thermal baths.

After a bit of walking we'll board on "Kosatka" catamaran and set off to explore the ocean: if you've been dreaming to try for yourself what it's like to manage sails and navigate a ship the crew will help make your dream come true. While on the cruise, we'll be passing the "Three Brothers" rock, which is one of the Avacha bay's landmarks, observing sea animals such as sea otters, humpback whales, steller sea lions and seals in their natural habitat and even swimming with orcas, who are considered to be one of the most intelligent sea inhabitants. Diving and snorkeling among orcas and sea lions is one of our favorite activities and we're 100% sure you're bound to love it, too.

For those who can't wait to put their freeriding gear on we've scheduled a new slope for each of the 3 days we're going to spend in the mountains, so you'll get to enjoy the landscapes, have fun and take your skill to the next level at the same time. By the way, most slopes end right by the water and while sliding down the snowy plains you might get to see a bear or two walking peacefully minding their business.

At the end of the trip we'll do something different, and if you're into both sports and fun you'll love it. We've arranged surfing lessons for you, so anyone who's not afraid of trying to catch a polar wave will be able to give it a go! How's that for an adventure?
